Valencia Landry
Valencia Landry, a Louisiana native residing in Fort Worth, Texas, is a passionate advocate and leader living with HIV for over 20 years. She dedicates her life to educating and empowering others, showing that thriving with HIV is possible. Active in the HIV movement for eight years, Valencia has worked with various organizations, including NMAC and the Texas Black Women’s Health Initiative. As Co-Chair of the Tarrant County HIT HIV Community Advisory Board, she developed resources to connect newly diagnosed individuals to care. A trusted mentor, she inspires others through compassion and authenticity, demonstrating that advocacy starts with empathy. In her free time, Valencia enjoys traveling, swimming, and listening to music, serving as a beacon of hope for those living with HIV.
