Rev. Jennifer Harkness-Allen

Rev. Jennifer Harkness-Allen is acompassionate leader, ordained elder, and experienced nonprofit executive whoselife’s work centers on care, connection, and community. A native of Columbia,she now resides in Atlanta with her husband and is the proud mother of twoyoung adult children. Rev. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree fromSpelman College, a Master of Public Administration from University of Georgia,and a Master of Divinity from Columbia Theological Seminary. She brings morethan two decades of leadership experience in nonprofit management and communityengagement, with work spanning local, state, and federal government, as well asnonprofit, foundation, and corporate sectors. Throughout her career, Rev.Jennifer has been dedicated to connecting resources, organizations, and peopleto create meaningful impact in underserved communities. She serves as Presidentand CEO of J H Allen and Associates and Board Chair of The Minerva Foundation,Inc. Through both organizations, she advances philanthropic initiatives focusedon education, youth mentoring, elder care, and mental health advocacy.
